Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond. This includes name, email, company, subject, message, and your consent to be contacted.
We also receive basic server metadata when you visit the site, which may include your browser type, device identifiers, and IP address if captured by our hosting platform.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- Coordinate business communications and scheduling.
- Protect the site from abuse and improve reliability.
Analytics and anti-spam
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated submissions. Turnstile is required to submit the form.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics with privacy-friendly defaults to understand basic usage. We track page views, CTA clicks (such as “Book a consult”), and successful contact form submissions.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver communications. This includes providers for email delivery (such as Resend) and infrastructure security services (such as Cloudflare). We do not sell your information.
Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
